We started with what dealers needed most, a CRM to replace their spreadsheets, and put it in front of real dealers in 3 weeks. Each of the next two phases built on what they told us, until the whole business chain, from buying stock to selling to buyers, ran on one platform.

Used-car dealerships in India are multi-person businesses, but most still rely on paper, Excel sheets and personal chats. That costs them time, money and trust.
Building everything at once was never the plan. We shipped the smallest product that gave dealers real value, tested it in the field, and let real usage decide what came next.
The first release focused on the core user, the dealer. A marketing website to win dealers, and a CRM to run stock, leads and sales in one place instead of spreadsheets. We took it straight into the field to validate the idea with real dealerships.
Outcome: First dealer onboarded and using it daily, giving us real feedback for the next phases.
With a dealer using the CRM every day, we improved what they actually used and added the dealer mobile app to manage stock and procurement on the move: inspect a car, value it, make an offer and add it to stock from the lot.
Outcome: Buying stock moved from paper and chats into one flow, from inspection to listing.
With dealers’ stock now clean and inspected, we hardened the existing stack and launched the customer-facing marketplace. Buyers search inspected cars from many dealers, and every enquiry lands in the dealer’s CRM as a lead.
Outcome: The full business chain is complete: dealers buy, manage and sell, and buyers find them.

Together, the three phases cover the whole journey of a used car, from the dealer buying it to a buyer driving it home.
Stock, leads, sales and invoicing in one place.
Inspect, value and buy cars, and add them to stock.
Inspected cars from many dealers, one search away.
A car inspected in the field becomes an offer, a purchase and a stock listing, with every detail carried over and the full negotiation history kept.
A 53-point condition check with the grade calculated by the system, plus a warning if the odometer has gone down since the last visit.
Leads from walk-ins, WhatsApp, calls and the buyer app in one pipeline, with test drives booked around real branch hours.
GST invoicing on the dealer’s margin, ownership-transfer tracking and alerts before documents expire.
Owners, managers, sales, inspectors and accounts each get their own dashboard. Cost prices and profit stay visible only to the right people.
Dealers sign up and pay online, upgrade any time, and can always export their data.
Most platforms add security after something goes wrong. Here it was part of the plan from the first week.
Phase 1 gave dealers a real CRM in 3 weeks, instead of waiting months for everything at once.
The app screens defined what the system had to do, so the product and the back end never drifted apart.
Each feature shipped with automated tests, growing to 650 tests that guard every deployment.
Each phase went to real dealers first, and their usage decided what the next phase would build.
