Drivlo connects NGOs, brands and donors through charity giveaways. In two phases we took it to a live, legally compliant campaign taking real donations. When the market pointed to brands, our custom harness of 14 synchronized AI agents reshaped the product around corporate sponsors in one month, with 300 tests keeping it stable.

NGOs and foundations are fighting donor fatigue and rising marketing costs. Drivlo’s idea was to turn giving into a shared win for three groups at once, but each one needed something different, and the money had to stay fully traceable.
We built the smallest product the founder could take into meetings, hardened it for the law and went live at week 8. Then real campaigns told us who the platform was really for, and we changed course in four weeks.
The concept had many parties and no mapped flows. Our product manager worked hands-on with the founder to challenge and pin down every rule, and the agents built each decision into a testable preview within hours.
Outcome: A presentation-ready MVP the founder took straight into meetings with brands and foundations.

Building on the validated MVP, a two-week sprint made the platform ready for the public: legal compliance on every touchpoint and infrastructure ready for real traffic.
Outcome: The first public campaign went live at week 8, with real donors, real payments and the legal side covered.

Brands, not foundations, held the marketing budgets, the reach and the prizes that make a campaign take off.
We moved corporate sponsors to the center of the campaign lifecycle in one month, reusing everything already built.
The pivot put corporate sponsors at the center. We built a self-service backoffice so brands could run campaigns themselves, on top of everything already live, without pausing the platform.
Outcome: Sponsors launch and manage campaigns on their own, so Drivlo can grow without growing its operations team.

Each side of the marketplace gets something it could not get alone, and the platform keeps every euro traceable along the way.

The speed of the pivot came from how we build: 14 synchronized agents working inside a harness tailored to the project, steered by a product manager and checked by senior engineers.
Synchronized AI agents, each with its own skills, built views, logic and tests in parallel, so a change of direction took weeks, not months.
The product manager ran discovery with the founder, who tested new features in preview environments within hours of the idea.
Reviewed security, code quality and architecture before anything reached production, so speed never turned into debt.
A platform that moves real money and runs prize draws cannot trade stability for speed. These are the safety nets that let us pivot without risk.

In 30 minutes, we’ll show you how fast your first version could be live, and how it can change course without starting over.
